Soc Trang: on 12/02/2009, the outbreak occurred in Vinh Bien commune, Nga Nam district with 402 infected ducks (the former outbreak site). There were 920 culled ducks.
Currently, 7 provinces – Bac Ninh, Ca Mau, Hau Giang, Nghe An, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri and Soc Trang reported HPAI in poultry in the last 21 days.
